（中央社台北4日電）針對總統蔡英文與美國總統當選人川普通電話，中共官媒環球時報今晚發表評論說，川普尚未正式就任，「北京不宜與他高調衝突」，「當前的懲罰行動應當打向台灣當局」。
這篇評論說，川普沒想與中國大陸「戰略對撞」，與蔡總統通電話的目的「大致可以看做一種撒嬌，目的是貪小便宜」，為下一步從中美關係中「撈取更多利益造勢」。
評論指出，川普尚未正式就任美國總統，北京現在針對中美關係採取行動會有錯位之感。在他入主白宮前，「北京不宜與他高調衝突，爭取與他溝通成功應為上策」。但也需做好迎接川普上任初期，中美關係「出現一些震盪的準備」。
評論聲稱，「當前的懲罰行動應當打向台灣當局，這同樣是與川普的一種對話」。中國大陸「可以拿掉台灣若干個邦交國」，讓台灣社會看到，這就是蔡總統與川普「通話10分鐘的代價」，也可以看做是「北京對民進黨當局這段時間搞隱性台獨的綜合警告」。
評論又說，根據形勢的發展，中國大陸還可加強在必要時根據「反分裂國家法」打擊台獨的軍事部署，並對外公開展示大陸軍事活動，向台灣施加更大壓力。1051204
